Whichever way you look at it, 2022 has definitely been an eventful year. However, despite the challenges, together our industry continues to go from strength to strength.

Supporting you to help more customers succeed, we’ve continued to focus on product innovation, unlocking new options for diverse customer segments. This year we introduced:
- 1-year Full Doc options for home loan and commercial customers
- A fixed rate home loan option
- 30-year commercial loan terms
- A broader range of residency visa categories accepted
- Interest only and investor rate loadings; and
- Personal loan referrals
Diversity of technology
Invested in your success, we’ve leveraged technology to increase conversion rates and efficiencies for your business, including improving our time to loan by 33% in the last 12 months with the following:
- Electronic signing
- Digital Verification of Identity
- Pepper Product Selector (PPS) and Pepper Resolve enhancements
- Real time support with chat bot
- Weekly pipeline updates; and
- Automated and electronic home loan valuation options
Making headways in the industry
By keeping a pulse on the market and your business needs, we were once again named Best Non-Bank of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards. We were also ranked among the top 10 Most Innovative Companies in the bank, super and finance sector by Financial Review Boss. But, industry recognition and awards are just the icing.
